Sometimes I imagine what my life would be like without anger threading through every part of it. I'm going to explore that on my anxiety vacation for the next 6 days. Of course it would be hard to imagine my life without a family at all or finding my own means of survival at a young age... but to be free of the expectation to carry the honor and value of an entire family, an extended family, and a long sequence of life choices...Hi, there, freedom. Good to see you again. Let's hang for a while.
